Washington, DC – The report reviews AACI’s accomplishments, advocacy efforts, and impact over the course of 2022, including a summary of the 2022 Crop Insurance Industry Annual Convention and the association’s 2022 in-person spring fly-in. It also includes several announcements from USDA-RMA and highlights a couple items on the legislative and policy front. The report also shares Op-eds from House Agriculture Committee Chairman David Scott (D-GA) and Ranking Member Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson (R-PA), which gives their outlook ahead of the 2023 farm bill. It also spotlights the long-time work and dedication of AACI agent member, Sue Peachey, and the final pages of the report list all of our 2022 PAC contributors, who are critical to the association’s success.
